Ariana Arizaga


Ariana is a 200HR certified Yoga instructor, who specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. She’s been practicing Yoga for 7+ years and completed her Yoga teacher training with Yoga Renew in the summer of 2023. Ariana hosted a Yoga In the Park Summer Series in the Columbia River Gorge, teaches yoga online and offers private single and group sessions.



Yoga Asanas help release tension in muscles and joints, increases flexibility, builds strength and enhances balance through out the body.



Yoga is known to reduce stress improve circulation and stimulate digestive health. Can lead to better sleep quality and overall rejuvenation.



Yoga promotes a strong mind-body connection, fostering greater self-awareness, and self-acceptance which can lead to a more harmonious relationship with oneself.

Ariana offers private 1:1 or group yoga sessions, which can take place over Zoom or in person if you are located around the Columbia River Gorge. Sessions will be up to 60 minutes long depending on client needs. Before meeting, we’ll discuss via phone or email what you’re looking to get out of the session. There will also be follow-up on how to continue your practice. In person sessions will be at the location of your choosing.

A 1:1 private session costs $100 for an hour class, and a group private session costs $150 for an hour class.

Ariana has been practicing Yoga for 7+ years. After experiencing gut health issues and trying out various fitness programs, She discovered yoga as a way to not only heal her physical body but her mental and spiritual health as well. Ariana fell in love with the practice, and it quickly became a way of life. Not only did she find physical and emotional healing through yoga, but she also discovered that part of her dharma is sharing this beautiful practice with others.

Ariana’s aim is to inspire all who take her classes to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her mission is to honor and educate others about the traditional roots of yoga while empowering students to reconnect with their most authentic selves, both on and off the mat. You can expect a balanced class filled with heart-pumping asanas, calming poses, and the practice closing with guided savasana. She likes to incorporate aromatherapy or sound healing, depending on the class.
